Anywhere that flammable gases, vapours or dusts occur which mix with air or oxygen is at risk of explosion. The tried-and-tested FlashLED concept is now also available for areas at risk of explosion! As a result, GIFAS is offering a powerful work and inspection light with emergency light function for explosive areas. The FlashLED-Ex is equipped with an environmentally friendly, rechargeable lithium polymer (LiPo) battery. The light is charged outside the explosion- risk area. The FlashLED-Ex is certified and satisfies the requirements of the European Low-Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC, Directive 2004/108/EC on Electromagnetic Compatibility and ATEX Directive 94/9/EC.
